We realize that fees and costs are an important consideration in your choice of a Health Law Attorney. We are up front in addressing this matter.

 

Fees.

 

The cost of an initial consultation by phone is $300. Thereafter, should we proceed forward, this office charges clients for all correspondences with clients or other matters when the firm is acting on behalf of the client, including through e-mails, telephone discussion, reading and responding to writings, telephone text messaging, discussions with the Department of Health, DEA, the professional boards of licensure, attending administrative proceedings, court matters, depositions, etc. Research, writing, contract review, document creation, contract negotiation is also charged as this rate.

 

Billing is on the basis of time and we are competitive and less expensive than what other attorneys charge with similar experience and training. At the end of each month, clients are sent an invoice for the previous month's work with itemization of the time, nature, and associated charge for each task.  There should be no surprises in billing matters but if there appears to be, we are always happy to address and discuss the matter.

 

Administrative Costs.

 

Administrative costs are charged separately and may include postage or other costs relating to mailing, shipping, or document transfer, cost of photocopies, court filing costs, and the like.

 

Payments.

 

Payments are accepted in the form of checks or credit card. A convenience fee may be charged when paying by credit card.
